During regular business hours (Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM), please contact Emergency Services at 607-274-5030.
Outside regular business hours, please call 607-257-2444.

During the Code Blue season, the congregate shelter will be located at 227 Cherry Street, Ithaca, New York.  From Mon-Fri It will be operating from 4PM-7PM as a warming center and from 7PM-8AM as the Code Blue Shelter.  On Saturday and Sunday it will be operating from 8AM-7PM as a warming center and from 7PM-8AM as the Code Blue Shelter.

When the facility is not operating, clients will be asked to utilize other community facilities for warmth, including the Human Services Building Lobby at 320 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Street, Ithaca.
